Complex Vosmaerstraat
The Vosmaerstraat residents association was founded in March 1982. Before, there had been many problems with the quality of the building (for a long time it was supposed to get demolished). This residents association functions as a residents committee: it stands up for the tenants in the building, coordinates common tasks and communicates with the landlord about matters that concern the building. The DUWO housing association has owned the property since 2004. The complex consists of residential groups and is not intended for student housing.
