In total, Little Manhattan has almost 870 residences on 23 floors. The student studios have their own front door, kitchen, shower and toilet. For safety, DUWO has done the following: spy nets on the front doors, advanced keys, talk-to-listen connections, an electronic doorbell panel and a locked bicycle shed. Furthermore, there are common areas on the complex where students have the opportunity to get to know each other.
